Job Duties :
- Ensure all documents and data regarding SOH, GV and TIC are up to date
- To Ensure Standard Operating Procedures followed for TIC and GVs
- To Develop and execute activities on quarter basis for TIC engagement and mall activation
- To Develop and execute catchment activities on a quarterly basis for the store
- To Develop and execute activities on a quarterly basis for the store to help increase conversions
- To ensure store Achieve monthly targets for footfalls for
- To ensure Achieve monthly targets for Gift Vouchers and ensure payments are received within credit period
- To Achieve monthly targets for TIC conversions and enrollments and assist in achieving SOH targets To Conduct refresher TIC and GVTS training programmes every quarter or on needs basis whichever is frequent
