Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) invites applications for the post of Translators (Hindi/ English) 
 
Qualification: Masters degree in Hindi or English with 60% marks with English or Hindi respectively as a compulsory or elective subject or as a medium of examination at degree level   OR Master’s degree in any subject with English or Hindi medium with 60% marks and Hindi and English respectively as compulsory or elective subject or as a medium of examination at degree level. One year diploma/certificate course in translation from English to Hindi or vice-versa from an Institute recognized by Govt. of India

Age limit: Born not earlier than January 1, 1983
Pay Scale: Rs.9160-13150
SELECTION:
Eligible candidates will be required to appear for a Written Examination. Candidates shortlisted on the basis of their performance in the Written Test will be required to appear for Interview. Candidates shall be intimated about the written test and interview through email.

After applying online, candidate is required to download the system
generated Registration Slip with unique registration number and other essential details with space for passport size photograph & signature. In order to ‘save’ the data entered, applicants should click on the ‘save’ button and then print the Registration Slip.


The Original Registration Slip, Demand Draft and a self-attested copy of Caste/Physically Handicapped certificate (for reserved category only) is to be sent to AGM (Pers-Rectt), Steel Authority of  India Ltd, 16^th, so as to reach latest by 22^nd March 2011.
