Rastriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCF) Ltd. is looking for Management Trainee in various disciplines for its units placed in Thal (Disstt- Raigad) and Trombay (Mumbai) through online applications.
Last Date 7th march 2011
Details of Recruitment are as follow:-
Selected candidates will be undergoing training for 1 year and will be paid stipend of Rs. 23,000/- per Month including provided hostel facility and transportation charges of Rs. 1000/- extra.
after successful completing trainee , candidate will be get scale of pay Rs. 16400-40500/- (revised) including al extra Expenses payable .
Age-limit:-
Not more than 25 years in case of Engineering Graduate , 27 years for Engineering post Graduate , 32 year Ph.D Candidates.
Relaxation in upper Age limit will be relaxed for SC/ST category candidates by 5 years, OBC candidates by 3 years, 10 yras for PWD candidates, by 5 years for X-service men.
Application fee:-
Rs. 300/- in mode of Bank DD Non –refundable crossed drawn in SBI , Commercial Branch, Swastik Park, Chembur Mumbai 400071 (code No- 4268) in favour of Rastriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited .
No fee for SC/ST and PWD candidates.
Selection Procedure:-
the selection process will be made on basis performance sin written Test ( General Aptitude, Academic knowledge) , Personal Interview Test .

Interested candidates can apply online application though RCF ltd websites from 15th February 2011. Candidates should be filled all correct information’s during online application carefully and take printout of system generated application form after clicking on submit button.
Candidates will have to affix recent passport photo on print out form on appropriate places, and should be sent to following address along with application fee, attested copies of caste/ PWD certificates by ordinary post as on 7th march 2011
