• Awareness of Change Control Management and Implementation as per ITSM
• User Creation Deletion through Mainframe Administration (MS Active Directory, UNIX, Linux, Mainframes)
• Knowledge of CICS, RACF, DB2 packages in Mainframe.
• Awareness of JCL & Cobol
• Adhering to SLAs and Processes
• Root Cause Analysis
• Awareness of Antivirus update Control
• Awareness of ID Administration and Controls
• Log Monitoring and analysis - (HIDS, NIDS, Firewall, URL Filter)

• Willing to work in Night Shifts in 24 * 7 environments
• Working on tight service levels
• Dip. Computer Science / BE Computer Science / MCA / BCA
• 2 to 3 Years of IT experience preferably in Mainframe Administration
• 1+ Years prior experience of ITIL Change Management Practices
• 6 Months prior experience as User Management Administrator
