Awas Bandhu Housing & Urban Planning Department Lucknow invites applications for the following posts:

Engineer (Civil)
Pay Scale: Rs. 50,000/- per month (fixed) inclusive of all expenses. Only sitting/Office space will be made available to selected candidate, no other facilities will be allowed to him.
Age: Min 25 & Max 35 years.

  Qualifiaction:
1. The individuals having B.E./B. Tech. degree in Civil Engineering from reputed Engineering Institutions with min. 70% marks in Engineering and 60 % marks throughout in High School & Intermediate Board of equivalent Board (i.e. ICSC/CBSC) having at least 3 years experience in above mentioned field may apply.
2. The candidate having experience of Public Private Partnership Projects with Financial acumen shall be given preference.
3. Knowledge of Computers in Compulsory. He should be Capable of Operation on Desktop as well as Laptop Computers.
Job Duties:
1. Preparation of Feasibility Reports/DPR of various Urban Infrastructure Projects.
2. Development of MIS for the Monitoring of different schemes under Housing & Urban Planning Deptt.
3. Preparation of Policy Papers.
4. Preparations of Comprehensive Concept Paper on Law -Cost/Affordable Housing.
5. Miscellaneous Civil Engineering matters.
