Combined Competitive Exam 2013 by Assam : Apply online at apsconline.gov.in

The Assam Public Service Commission (apsc.nic.in) will hold the Preliminary Examination of the Combined Competitive Examination 2013 for screening candidates for the Main Examination for recruitment to the under-mentioned services/posts in accordance with the Assam Public Services Combined Competitive Examination Rule 1989. The date of Examination will be notified in due course. The actual numbers of vacancies against each services/posts are shown below:

Last date of receipt of application in the prescribed format is 31/08/2013.

(i)A.C.S.-I (Jr. Grade): 90 Posts, Pay Scale 12500-40000, Grade Pay 5400, Pay Band PB-4.
(ii) A.P.S. (Jr. Grade): 60 Posts ,Pay Scale 12000-40000, Grade Pay 5400, Pay Band PB-4.
(iii) Superintendent of Taxes: 7 Posts ,Pay Scale 12000-40000, Grade Pay 5400, Pay Band PB-4.
(iv) Assistant Registrar of  Cooperative Societies: 11 Posts Pay Scale 12000-40000, Grade Pay 5400, Pay Band PB-4.
(v) District Transport Officer: 13 Posts ,Pay Scale 12000-40000, Grade Pay 5400, Pay Band PB-4.
(vi) Labour Officer: 3 Posts, Pay Scale 12000-40000, Grade Pay 5400, Pay Band PB-4.
(vii) Assistant Employment Officer:27 Posts , Pay Scale 8000-35000, Grade Pay 4300, Pay Band PB-3.
(viii) Labour Inspector:11 Posts ,Pay Scale 8000-35000, Grade Pay 4300, Pay Band PB-3.
(ix) Inspector of Taxes: 16 Posts ,Pay Scale 8000-35000, Grade Pay 4300, Pay Band PB-3.
(x) Inspector of Excise: 3 Posts ,Pay Scale8000-35000, Grade Pay 4300, Pay Band PB-3

Fee: There is no Application fee , Examination Fees –Rs 25/- for SC, ST(P) & ST(H). For others Rs 50/- to be deposited only through e-Challan with State Bank of India. The journal number generated by the Bank should be uploaded in the online application System of the Commission.
