Applications are invited from eligible Indian citizens belonging to Scheduled Castes (SCs), Scheduled Tribes (STs) & Other Backward Classes (OBCs) to fill up the backlog reserved vacancies for the following posts in Lok Sabha Secretariat:

Vacancy Details:

1. Parliamentary Reporter Grade-II(English/Hindi)   : 7 Posts, Scale:Rs. 15600-39100 (PB-3)+Grade Pay: Rs. 5400

2.Parliamentary Interpreter Grade-II : 9 Posts, Scale: Rs. 15600-39100 (PB-3)+Grade Pay:Rs. 5400

3.Hindi Assistant: 7 Posts, Scale:Rs. 9300-34800 (PB-2)+Grade Pay:Rs. 4600 

4.Junior Library Assistant: 14 Posts, Scale:Rs. 9300-34800 (PB-2)+Grade Pay:Rs. 4200

5.Security Assistant Grade-II : 17 Posts, Scale:Rs. 9300-34800 (PB-2)+Grade Pay:Rs. 4200

6.Junior Proof Reader : 3 Posts, Scale:Rs. 5200-20200 (PB-1)+Grade Pay:Rs. 2800

7.Junior Clerk: 15 posts, Scale: Rs. 5200-20200 (PB-1)+Grade Pay:Rs. 2400

8.Warehouseman: 01 post, Scale:Rs. 5200-20200 (PB-1)+Grade Pay:Rs. 2200

The last date for receipt of applications is 03.10.2011

Age: Upper age limit is 32 years for SC/ST and 30 years for OBC candidates...

Selection Procedure: Eligible candidates will have to appear in written examination/trade test/personal interview.
