‘Sashastra Seema Bal’ will hold Recruitment Rally for male scheduled Tribe (ST) candidates belonging to Jammu and Kashmir state for filling up 98 vacancies in the rank of Constable (GD) in the pay scale of Rs. 5200-20200 plus grade pay Rs. 2000/- Pay Band –I plus usual and admissible allowances to Central Govt. employees including Ration allowance, Medical assistance, free uniform, free accommodation, free leave pass etc.
Note:-i) The post is temporary but likely to become permanent. The number of vacancies is subject to change without any notice.
ii) Selected candidates are liable to be posted any where within as well as out-side the territory of India according to transfer policy of the force.
Age: 18 to 23 years ( Cut off date for age will be 1st August,2011).
Educational qualification: Matriculation or 10th Pass from a recognized board/university.
Selection Procedure: Documents Verification, Heght Measurement, 5Km Race, Physical Standard test(PST), Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Written and Medical Examination.
The date of declaration of result will be intimated to the candidates by the Recruitment Board on the date of written examination and the same will also be uploaded in SSB recruitment website www.ssbrectt.gov.in
Place/Venue of Recruitment Rally:- The recruitment will be rally based and the candidate district wise will appear for the recruitment at place/venue of recruitment rally i.e. Distrct Police Line Ground, Rajouri for the candidates of Jammu region and Distrct Police Line Ground, Kupwara for the candidates of Kashmir, Leh and Ladakh regions as per following schedule at 0600 hrs for initial screening and documentation to
undergo further test i.e. PST and PET test :-
