Job Description:
1. Pre and Post Recruitment support as per the Operational Requirement.
2. Orientation and Joining Formalities of New Joiners.
3. HR Central Data Management & Leave Management to Support Payroll.
4. Personal Files Management and ensure 100% Compliance.
5. Active HR to ensure Office Decorum is followed on the Floor.
6. Addressing Facility issues with the Support of Facility Champions.
7. Performance Management Documentation.
8. Attrition Management.
9. High Integrity be it on addressing Salary Issues or Critical Issues of the Floor
10. Active member of Corporate Talent Engagement Committee i.e Happy Hours.
11. Balancing Day and Night Shift.
12. Support Champions on Health Insurance and follow Process.
13. To implement Fun on Floor.
14. Address Team members issues to PLs /AM and ensure issues are escalated minimum to Process Head.
15. An active Champion to utilise Hall of Fame and HR Notice Board.
16. Exit Formalities.
17. Other day to day duties as Assigned.
