Job Description:An Associate Analyst is expected to work with the Functional Practice Leaders, Marketing and Sales Leaders & Research Directors for supporting research requirements and analytics support for their respective projects.Utilize research/business understanding of key research processes & tools and the relevant training provided by Hackett Group (India) Limited to perform activities including but not limited toCompany AnalysisIndustry AnalysisCompetitor AnalysisSWOT Analysis Company Profiling.Analytics (Reporting and Dashboards)In addition, he/she shall be trained (both internal and external) on relevant skills/tools required to perform along with various communication/personality development trainings.

Role Description:

Understand the values and vision of the organization and align the activities accordingly
Protect the Intellectual Property
Adhere to all the policies and procedures Understand the business and various functions of the organization
Work with other line functions to collect or provide relevant data as per the requirements
Understanding unique Client requirements & respond accordinglyHave a holistic approach to Inquiry statement & resolutionAnalyze the situation/ problem & obtain insights from the Functional Leaders whenever needed
Prepare a response addressing the clients requirementsBe an Individual Contributor in the team 
Relationship Management:

Develop into a Point of Contact person for the functional areaAct as first level Quality Check Analyst
Maintain communication & coordination with internal Client / Requester
Actively seek feedback & implement the suggestions & commentsDevelop competence in verbal & written communication (phone & email)Develop and Maintain Relationship with Functional Leaders - Constant Email communication & project updates, Monthly phone discussions and reviewConstant communication with Associate Manager in terms of progress & hurdles


Desired Profile:Required ProfileExcellent communication, analytical and critical-thinking/reasoning skills.
An MBA (Finance) with 0-3 years of overall experience in research or related industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Advanced)
Willingness and Aptitude towards research & problem solving
Basic Understanding of Key ratios and terminology in corporate finance
Basic skills in interpreting the financials of a company Good Internet search skills
