Sports Authority of India (SAI), invites applications from ELIGIBLE CITIZENS OF INDIA for filling up the 200 posts (General-101, SC–30, ST–15 & OBC–54) of Coach Grade-III in the Pay Band- 2 Rs.9300-34,800/- + Grade Pay Rs.4200/- at its various Regional Centres / Sub-Centres / Training Centres spread all over India.

• Disciplines: Archery, Athletics, Badminton, Boxing, Cycling, Fencing, Hockey, Gymnastics, Judo, Kayaking & Canoeing, Rowing, Shooting, Swimming & Diving, Taekwondo, Volleyball, Weight Lifting, Wrestling, Wushu.

Educational Qualification: 
Essential
(a) Diploma in coaching from SAI / NS-NIS or from any other recognized Indian / Foreign University.
OR
(b) Participation in Asian Games/World Championship with Certificate Course in Coaching.
OR
(c) Qualification and participation in Olympic Games
Desirable - B.P.Ed.

Age: 30 years.

Candidates will have to pay along with his application a non-refundable application fee of Rs.500/- by Demand Draft only in favour of ‘SECRETARY, SPORTS AUTHORITY OF INDIA’ payable at New Delhi.No fee is required to be paid by woman candidates. No fee is also required to be paid by SC/ST/Ex-servicemen.

HOW TO APPLY
Candidates satisfying all the conditions of eligibility shall submit their Application in the format given in the Annexure which shall be either hand-written in bold capitals or typewritten on A-4 size paper only. The copy of the Certificate in proof of age, educational & professional qualification, experience, research, caste and sports participation etc., must be enclosed with the application form.
