Applications are invited for the Male Citizen of India for recruitment of the following posts of constables against AAPBN & IRBN under Arunachal Pradesh Police.
- Constable: 1760posts (AAPBn- 81, IRBn - 1679)

Physical Standard: Applicants should not be 165 cm tall; however 05 cm & 08 cm concession will be applicable for APST and TIRAP / Changlang category candidates. Chest should not be less than 79 cm in normal condition, 05 cm of expansion is needed.
Physical Efficiency Test: The short listed candidates whose application/documents are found in order in all respect and who are found fit in physical measurement will be put through Physical Efficiency Test in the following events:
a) 1500mtrs Race in 8 Minutes
b) High Jump 120cms (in three attempts)
c) Long Jump 13feet (in three attempts)
d) 100mtrs Race in 16 Seconds
e) Chin-ups 6times
Written Examination:
• Subjects: General English, General Knowledge and Elementary Mathematics
• Marks: 100

Application Fee: A treasury Challan of Rs. 40/- (Rs. 10/- for SC/ST) to be enclosed with application as application fee. Challan should be endorsed to ‘Assistant Inspector General of Police (E), PHQ, Itanagar under Head of Accounts 0055 Police
How to apply: Eligible Candidates have to approach their district headquarter of police for getting prescribed applications. Attested copy of certificates in support of Age Proof, Caste, Educational Qualification, Domicile is needed to attach with duly filled applications. Photographs of candidates and application fee to also be enclosed with application and the application complete in all respect should be sent either by Ordinary Post or by hand at respective district Police headquarter of Arunachal Police
