RRB invites applications from eligible candidates for Assistant Loco-Pilot Vacancies  in  different  Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) and Zonal Railways  and other Railway organisation. Application should be sent directly to the respective RRBs / Zonal Ofifces  as follows:

• Assistant Loco-Pilot, 16,595 posts(Gen-8170, SC-2695,ST-1589)(Ex-SM-1648) , Pay Band:Rs.5,200 - 20,200.

Age : 18-30 years. Relaxation in age as per rules

Name of the RRB's where Vacancies exist:Ahmedabad, Ajmer , Allahabad, Bangalore, Bhopal, Bilaspur, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Gorakhpur, Guwahati, Jammu & Sri Nagar, Kolkatta, Malda, Mumbai, Muzaffarabad, Patna, Ranchi, Secunderabad, Siliguri, Thiruvananthpuram

Last date: September 12th 2011

Eligibility: ITI Diploma in Fitter,Electrician,Instrument Mechanics, Radio Mechanic and TV, Electronics Mechanic, Mechanic Motor Vehicle, Wireman, Tractor Mechanic, Diesel Mechanic, Heat Engine, Refridgeration and AC Mechanic 

or

Diploma in Electrical,Mechanical,Electronics or Automobile Engineering

Age: 18-30 Years before January 1st 2011 (5 years Relaxation for SC/ST, 3 Years for OBC)

Selection Process: Written Test

Application Fee: Rs.40 DD/IPO to be taken in favor of " The Assistant Secretary, ... to the concerned RRB where candidate wants to apply.
