National Institute of Technology, Hamirpur is one of the  twenty NITs of the country, established in 1986 as Regional Engineering College, as a joint and cooperative enterprise of the Govt. of India and Govt. of Himachal Pradesh.

Walk-in-interview on contract basis for the Teaching posts (Lecturers) in the discipline of CED (02), Arch. 05 (03 Arch +02 CE) MED (04), CSED (02), EED (01), E&CED (03), Maths (03), Chemistry (01) & Material Sc. & Engg. (02) on consolidated salary of Rs.25,000 PM AND for Technical posts (LAs) in Centre for Energy & Envn Engg.(01), Material Sci. & Engg. (01) CED (02), Arch.(03), Workshop (02), Library (03) at consolidated salary of Rs. 7000/-PM. The contract will be for period of one year in the first instance. 
Age: Preferably up to 28 years
