Department of Civil Aviation, Government of Uttar Pradesh provides air transport facilities to VIPs on short notices, air links at the time of distress and for law and order purpose and maintains State owned aircrafts and helicopters.

Walk-interview on August 3, 2011 : Hiring pilots on contract basis 

Positions under operation unit:
Pilot (Fixed Wing): 5 posts (2-SC candidates)

Pilot (rotor Wing): 3 posts
Eligibility: Possess current Airlines Transport Pilot License or Commercial Helicopter Pilot License, Flight Radio Telephone Operator and Radio Telephony.

Salary: Rs 1,50,000 to 2,50,000 per month

Age: Candidates must have attained the age of 21 years and must have not attained the age of more than 50 years on July, 2011.
