• Developing Training Modules – For Imparting Customized Trainings and ensuring training quality & effectiveness.
• Dissemination of Regular Briefings & Information - Ensuring dissemination of Regular Briefings & Information amongst Cross Functional team, Incorporation of Alternate Learning Methodology – E.g.: SMS Briefing & Con-Call for Product/Process Briefing
• Knowledge Management - Weekly PK (Product Knowledge) Quiz roll-out across vertical – to ensure knowledge sustenance amongst frontend teams
• Incorporation of systematic Training Effectiveness Tracking Methodology – To Map ‘Return on Training’
